We are an independent CRO based in the United States that provides pre-clinical drug research in state-of-the art, GLP-certified research laboratories in Eastern Europe. Our testing facilities are sponsored by the Ukrainian National Academy of Medical Sciences and Health Department and offer services for for-profit development of new drug discoveries as part of their main mission. Our company was created to offer the high quality, lower cost services of these facilities to start-up bio-technology companies in the U.S. and EU, thereby providing them with an attractive option for promoting development programs rapidly and at much lower cost than other commercial CROs. We provide a wide range of pre-clinical toxicology including medicine safety, chronic and acute toxicity, pharma screening, bio-availability , bioequivalence, and extensive in vivo and in vitro screening for anticancer activity.
Our pre-clinical CRO is able to price pre-clinical testing far below other Contract Research Organizations because we have a very low overhead in the USA and perform all testing in Kiev, UA where personnel and facility costs are much lower. Our staff in the U.S. consists only of the company principals who deal directly with clients; we have no promotion costs other than our site, and no central offices, administrative staff or other overhead to inflate costs. We have much lower research conduct prices in Kiev, UA due to much lower labor rates and are able to offer our most attractive pricing for long-term and more intricate preclinical studies where labor is the greatest part of the overall cost. Because we use the same stable international suppliers for lab animals, reagents and laboratory materials as other CROs, we have no cost advantage on these materials and so less overall cost savings for very short-term preclinical tests. However, regardless of your trial protocol and duration, our goal is to provide our customers the best possible value for their money.
